Flymove Holding is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent with the DBI Consortium, composed of Dianba New Energy Technology Co. Ltd. China, INFRAMobility-Dianba GmbH Deutschland and Eurofork SpA of Turin.

This important partnership will allow Flymove to be able to use the rapid battery swap system (BSS – Battery Swap System) for EV vehicles developed by Dianba and currently already adopted for public and commercial transport in China for taxis, buses and trucks.

The DBI BSS system, which will also include the use of specific Stations (POE – Point of Energy) already designed by Flymove and which will soon be jointly adapted to this system, giving Flymove a wide operational flexibility according to applications and types of EV vehicles, starting with the “Dianchè by Bertone” vehicles already presented by Flymove in recent weeks in the GT One / Cube and City Cube versions.

This strategic alliance will thus enable Flymove to become a global application leader in the automotive battery swapping sector for the integrated and sustainable mobility of the future, as part of its innovative “Smart Mobility Platform” and in collaboration with other partners strategic that are already part of the Flymove technology team.

Dianba New Energy Technology, based in Shanghai, is a world leader in the production of automated rapid battery exchange systems for fleets of EV vehicles for public transport such as taxis, buses, vans and trucks. Dianba currently has about 130 battery exchange stations for taxis and about 50 battery exchange stations for buses in China, Dianba is rapidly spreading this technology on the EV market in China.

INFRAMobility-Dianba GmbH, based in Berlin, is a joint venture between German partners and Dianba for the launch of the BSS system in Europe. Eurofork SpA is headquartered in Turin and has been one of the international market leaders in the production of automatic logistics systems for over 20 years and is a partner of Dianba China.
